Which payment options are accepted?
The following payment options are currently available in our store: PayPal, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Klarna, Apple Pay and prepayment.
What are the delivery costs?
Parcel shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL (forwarding goods by DB Schenker) and is free of shipping costs from an order value of 100,- euros. For orders below an order value of 100,- euros, the shipping costs within Germany are 6.90 euros.
How long does a delivery take?
The delivery time is one to three working days within Germany and seven to ten working days to all other countries listed. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. The delivery time may vary for individual items. You will find a corresponding note in our online shop or on the product.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately using the contact options. Please have your customer and/or order number to hand.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you would like to return your goods, first cancel your order within 14 days. As soon as we have received your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and a return label by email. Please pack the goods carefully and completely. Please print out the return label sent to you, stick it on your package and take it to the nearest post office.
In the case of forwarded goods, a return will also be made by forwarding agent. Please pack the unit carefully and completely on a one-way pallet. We will arrange collection and agree a collection date with you.
JUICER AND PROBLEM SOLVING
How do I clean the juicer after use?
Disassemble all removable parts and rinse them under running water. For best results, use the included brush to clean the filter mesh. Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
Can the juicer handle hard fruits like carrots or beets?
Yes, the juicer is designed to handle both soft and hard fruits. For harder items like carrots or beets, cut them into smaller pieces to ensure smooth operation and prevent motor strain.
Why is the juicer not turning on?
Please ensure that all parts are properly assembled and locked into place. The safety mechanism prevents the juicer from operating unless fully secured. Also, check that the power cord is plugged in and the outlet is working.
